- 1 cup arugula or dandelion greens
- 1/2 cup thinly shaved fennel

Drink: Cumin-Mint Digestive Cooler
A refreshing yet slightly warming drink that stokes agni (digestive fire).
Ingredients:
- 2 cups warm water (let cool to room temp)
- 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 3–4 fresh mint leaves, muddled
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Pinch of pink salt
Stir well and sip slowly, room temp or just slightly cool (not cold).

Dessert: Cardamom-Spiced Pear Stew with Toasted Nuts
Sweet but light and ideal for spring, spiced fruit is easier to digest than cold sweets.
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe pear, peeled and diced
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- Pinch of clove (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ghee
- 1–2 tbsp water
- Topping: toasted walnuts or pistachios, and a drizzle of maple or date syrup
Directions: Stew pears with spices, ghee, and water for 5–10 minutes until soft. Top with nuts and a touch of sweetener.
All three pair beautifully with the creamy daal risotto.
